The next basic and advance course starts in the beginning of next module. So sign up, if you want to learn the basics (or more advance) of the Chinese language and culture.

The Confucius project SIFE utilizes the potential of the multicultural environment of Stenden University. The Confucius project aims at increasing the student’s skills to cooperate with this very different culture in their future career and during their time at Stenden University, by learning about the Chinese language, culture and behavior.

For this purpose, a basic Chinese course  is offered. In a series of weekly workshops given by Chinese students, interested students are told how to have simple conversations in Chinese and get acquainted to the basics of Chinese writing. Furthermore, information about the culture, nowadays behavior and traditions is given.

Besides, an advanced Chinese course is offered which aims to enhance Chinese speaking and listening skills. The content
of the advanced Chinese course is based on the knowledge acquired in basic Chinese course.
