Vision
Within a minimal number of years, Stenden SIFE Leeuwarden will replace its former planning culture with a new action-oriented culture. Focusing on the philosophy of “work smart, not hard” (i.e. Operational Excellence), Stenden SIFE will be able to shed the unwanted and inefficient processes and operations that hinder it from achieving its vision and consequent goals that follow.
